Do you ship internationally
Yes we are happy to ship internationally, postage is calculated at the checkout stage depending on the weight of your items and your country location. If in any doubt simply contact us.
When are you open?
We are open online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We are in the office most days between 9.30 and 4pm. We are not in the office on public holidays. If you get the answerphone then please leave a message and we will call you back asap. We are a family run business with youn children and sometimes it is just not possible to answer every call we receive, but we do appreciate your business so please bear with us if this is the case..
Do You Charge for P&P?
Yes we do. Our standard charge is £2.50 for 1st class, £6.50 for next day delivery (only available on selected items) and P&P for all overseas starts at £3.95 but have tried to keep these costs to a minimum.
When will my order arrive ?
We try and dispatch all non customised products within 1-3 business days from receipt of your order. Because of the nature of some of our products, namely a lot are handmade, we sometimes need to wait for supplies to come in due to their being a high demand for a particular product. We offer next day delivery on some of our items throughout the site. We need to receive your order before 3pm in order to qualify for the next day delivery service. If there is a problem with your order we will try our best to let you know as soon as we possibly can and will always keep you well informed of the progress of your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Your Right To Cancel - You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch, unless you have ordered a personalised or made to order item. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days, minus any reasonable costs incurred. Once disptached please follow the guidelines for Returns/Refunds.
Late/Non Arrival of Delivery - If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us on 01252 625200 or email help@sweetnursing.co.uk In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement /refund after 20 working days has passed .This is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost.
Returns & Refunds - We aim for 100% customer satisfaction at Sweet Nursing.. We have a 7 Day Refund Policy from delivery that allows an exchange/refund for all non-personalised items or items that have not been made to order and are in perfect, unused condition with original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons on Cosmetics, Earrings or Dummies unless of course the item as fauty when it arrived. Nor can we accept returns, changes or refund requests on Bespoke/Made To Order/Special/Personalised orders once the order has been placed. We offer a full Refund/ Returns Service for all other items. Your refund will be authorised within 30 days. If you return an item that is not faulty or sent in error then when we issue your refund it will not include any outward shipping charges.
Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. In the unlikely event of a return please contact us. Once we have approved your return request you will be entirely responsible for all shipping charges. The original shipping charge from us to you is not refundable.
We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us. We suggest you use a ‘Signed For’ service. Once the item(s) is returned in it’s original condition we will issue you with a refund in the same method of payment which was used to purchase .In the event of a faulty item needing to be returned your shipping costs will also be paid.
Do you have a privacy policy?
The following statement explains our policy regarding the personal information we collect about you. In short: Sweet Nursing will never sell, loan or give away any information you supply to us! We also do not keep any records of your credit card details on our files or computer systems, all of your details are encrypted and held by the payment provider only (e.g Google or Paypal) if you pay over the phone, any personal financial information we take is shredded and distroyed once the transaction has successfully taken place.
We want to assure you that we see taking appropriate care of your personal information details as an absolute top priority.

From time to time, you will be asked to submit personal information about yourself (e.g. name, address and e-mail address) in order to receive or use services on our web site. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Sweet Nursing to provide you with the services that you select. No, many of the items on the site are made to order so it is impossible to keep them in stock
