Delivery

Delivery to United Kingdom & Ireland- Delivery charges have recently been changed.  Shipping charges apply at check out and are no longer included in the price of the item. You can obtain an accurate delivery price by placing your item in the cart and then go to the Estimate Shipping Section to calculate delivery to your country.

International Delivery- calculated at checkout

Our prices are displayed in Euro 

All transactions are taken in Euro.

Returns

Our returns policy is 7 days from receipt of your order.  This is in line with distance selling regulations.

Goods should be returned or exchanged unused and should include the original labels and  packaging in order to allow resale. We cannot accept returned items in which the labels have been remove or packaging damaged.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning or exchanging items.

In order to ensure your returned item is received, please register your item to ensure delivery is signed for. We cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost on return to us. If an item is lost in the post , we cannot offer a refund. You will seek reimbursment from your Postal Service.

To return an item you must do the following:

2. * Contact us via this email: orders@sweetnursing.com within 7 days of receiving your product to inform us that you wish to return the item,stating the reason for return.

 

3. * We will reply with a return address. Sometimes items are dispatched direct from manufacturer and therefore the return address for certain items may differ from our warehouse delivery address.
4. * You must reply to this email to inform us of the item being sent so we can monitor its arrival.
5. * When we receive confirmation from the warehouse or manufacturer of the returned item, we will refund you via the same method as payment was made ie Paypal or SagePay.
